It's probably too old to get replacement parts unless you have two, and then both parts will be worn out in the same place. Saw one, air operated at auction the other day, almost the same as the picture. I think it went for $115 with tax. A guy offered me one from his shop for $100. I have a Coats 10-10 for which I paid $250 about 25 years ago. The service station was getting a bigger one. It still works good.

The Harbor Freight tire changer is maxed out on 15 inch tires. I was just barely able to change a 6.50x15 front tractor tire with it, but not a P235 75R15 from a pickup.

The bead breaker is too spindly for bigger tires. The tire iron supplied is hard on the beads. It might be possible to modify it to work better, but out of the box it is only good for small car tires, not trucks or bigger equipment.

I have one of these changers , brand new in the box. It was given to me. All it does is takes up room. Welcome to it , if you don't live to far from Dansville , New York.

Hi Rod,

Gempler sells them but there not cheap.

I bought a 12",24" and 36" 7/8" hex crow bars from Home Depot, about $6eh and dulled the corners with a grinder. Use my front loader bucket edge or a splitting maul to break the beads. On 16" and smaller tires I have to make a bead pusher that breaks 1/4 of the bead at a time as the stubborn beads are tuff to break in a few spots. Easy to make tho and I'm going to make it fit on the loader bucket to use that for breaking beads.

I use the 12" and 24" irons the most to take the tire off and on.
