Does anyone here have opinions on the quality and durability of the HTP brand of TIG welders and plasma cutters?

I have the 240 MIG welder with an optional 12' welding cable(Twico). It makes it much easier to handle the gun. The supplied ground cable is 10'. I bought 15' of ground cable locally to make a longer one. I've welded 18 ga. sheet metal to 5/8 plate with no problems. But there are two things that I found out when I took it out of the box. The catalog
does not mention that it has a mechanical contactor which is noisy and not as dependable as solid state, and most of all, it's imported. From Hungary. Not that Hungary doesn't make good equipment, just that it is not stated in the literature.
That's why the price is relatively low.
And I wouldn't be surprised if HTP stands for "Hungarian Technical Products".
If you know what you're looking for, ask the important questions before you buy.
