Kawasaki 2510 Mule has no electric

I have this ATV Mule that I went and put a new battery on the other day and now Ive hooked it up correctly and battery is juiced up good and I cant get no start or nothing, lights wont even burn, its like the battery is dead but its not, is there a relay gone bad in the electrical, Ive checked all fuses and they check out good so what is the problem

Could it be a safety interlock somewhere ? Neutral safety switch or a seat pressure switch ? Not real familiar with that model. Does it have a fusible link in the main power circuit ? Guess it may be time go get out the test lamp or voltmeter and trace to see where you are losing the voltage.
