I just received a subscription offer for "Farm Show" magazine. Sounds pretty good. Does anyone have any comments about it?

FARMSHOW is a worthwhile magazine if you like shop work- lots of good ideas, although it's getting away from all farm ideas. I take "Best Buys" with a grain of salt, because so many send in conflicting stories about the same product. I figure some people can mess up any well-made product. As far as getting ideas published, they did a royal screw-up on one I re-submitted with clear text AFTER they sent me the first write-up. They have messed up my gift subs for the last two years as well. Told them the only way I would submit any more of my 18 ideas is if they let me write the story. After all, I could submit the same ideas to magazines that pay for them. They apologized to me, but did not print an accurate correction.

By all means, order it! You won't regret it!

If you want a real treat, order the Best of Farm Show Video series.

Pure enjoyment!

I just got a subscription offer in today's mail. The brochure looks good and I have decided to subscribe.

I wonder how they got my name and address. Do you subscribe to Mother Earth News or Backwoods Home Magazine? I do, and suspect they have sold my information. Oh well, once in awhile the junk mail turns out to actually be something worth having.

If you like building things, machines, good bad opinions etc you will enjoy it. I have had inventions and articles in it several times. It is starting to get more commercial than it was thou with manufacture companies in it now. It used to be just farmer inventions. Still is great magazine if you like that kind of stuff.Rick

I've been recieving Farm Show since 1982 and read it cover to cover the day it's recieved.
One of the best print mags.for farmers, right up there with YT Mag in importance.

I've been getting it for 8 years or so and really
enjoy it. Gives info on new products, shows farm
built machinery and has best/worse opinions on
all types of items used around the farm. Well
worth the cost, you'll like it.

This mag. sounds like it's right up my alley. However, I DIDN'T get a subscription offer in the mail. Is there anyplace on the web where a guy could go to find subscription info? Thanks!

My email's [email protected]. I did order the free sample issue, so maybe now that they have my address I'll get the offer in the mail too.
