befor you buy know that the tools marked tawian sell for almost half the price the ones marked USA do from JD currently!

Their specialty hand tools are made by OTC/SPX. Very good stuff, US made. Tool boxes are made by Waterloo. The older Deere wrenches and sockets, up until the late 80's were made by Bonney. Those were real good hand tools.

They are made for John Deere by Stanley. Much of it is manufactured in Taiwan. I don't know if it's true still but they used to have two lines of polished combination wrenches: one made in USA and another made in Taiwan. I will say the one made in Taiwan does not look or feel cheaply made.
