Does anyone have experience with the Ellis Laydown Steel Bandsaw. I need to cut 45 degree on 4" channel and am looking for a bandsaw.

I have a Ellis metal cutting bandsaw and just love it. When you say lay down not sure what your asking. It Works great at cutting angles. E-mail me for more info on what I have done with mine

If you are going to be cutting a lot of angles the important thing is to get a saw whose vise remains stationery and the blade angles to prevent pulling and creeping of the stock as you're cutting.
