Really like the tool and cuts most materials with ease. I would say though that my inexperience and the high bit speed I have destroyed a few bits while cutting hardy board. If cutting this material do some practice and plan on spending a few extra bucks on bits.

A drywall screw?

How do you chuck it in, Grind off the head? How do you adjust for the wobble @ 20,000RPM?

I relly am interested, I'm just not sure how you get it to work.

I've heard that those things go through bits like crazy if you cut anything at all hard. Even some of the harder woods will destroy the bits.

I think the rotozip tools come with 1/8" and 1/4" collets and only 1/8" diameter cutting tools. Try to find some 1/4" diameter cutting tools and I believe some of the tool breakage will go away.
