Hi all. Hows come tape rules seem to be for lefties? Right handers, with tape in left hand, hook work on right end, pull tape out, and mark with pencil in right hand. Trouble is, numbers are upside down. Now, I caaaann read numbers that way, but would'nt it be easier rightside up? Just wonderin'..... Mguy

Everyone was born right handed but only the strong can overcome it!

This is something that I never have given too much thought to. But, at the same time I am left handed. On the other side of the coin, it seems like the majority of everything else in the world is designed with the right handed person in mind. Seems like it's just something that left handed people just get used to and adjust to.

Our lifespan is nine years shorter, can we _at least_ have the tape measures???? The rest of the world is all backwards. :)

I've got them both ways - read from left, and read from right. Us southpaws can use both by necessity.

The REALLY aggrivating ones have centimeters on the side you'd like to mark from.
