Kobalt used to sell their tools from their website, but have ceased doing so.

Lowe's is now the exclusive retailer of Kobalt tools. Try their website: >Link

BTW,>Link Kobalt tools are made by J.H. Williams company, a subsidiary of Snap-On.

Wow...you're right. I just went to Lowe's website and looked. They list the tools, but it says they are not available in my area. Weird.

We have a couple new Lowe's that just opened recently in San Antonio. I'm going to head over to one tommorrow and have a look. I've been in there a couple times already, but never went looking specifically for Kobalt tools...but I swear I've seen them there.

Something is definitely a little strange here....

They have a limited selection at the Lowes in Victoria, TX. I figured if they had them here then San Antonio would have a much better selection. They look to be pretty decent tools. Some of there upper range tool boxes are pretty nice to. They actually have a large tool box with deep drawers that they stock all of their wrenchs and socket packages in. I found them by mistake when I was checking out the drawers. Probably won't sell too many like that! Or, who ever buys that big tool box from the sales worm is going to hit the jackpot! (Actually, they won't because Lowes will not sell their display models here)
