what are your opinions of this brand as far as drills, impact wrenches, and ratchets?

All of my Snap on tools use to stay in the shop I worked at and I got tired of toting my box back in forth. So, I bought a complete kit at Sam's for $49.00 for a 1/2" Impact, 3/8" Air Ratchet, and a set of impact sockets. I would have to look, but I think they are CH. I used them for years and years, and the air ratchet finally gave out. I noticed the air ratchet was very simular to my old CP air ratchet. Guess what, the head and gears worked. Still have them around and it was the best $50 I ever spent. I use the $12 Sams Torque wrenchs for nothing more than break over bars and they work great for that as well. But I didn't dare take them to work or I would have been harassed to death by that group! Almost forgot, I have a 1/4" air ratchet I bought from WalMart which I used for tight spots and it still works great. It to is a CH.

I'm an Operations Manager now so I have the good tools back in "my" shop where they belong.

Generally badge engineered chinese and tiawan stuff, same as harbor freights chicago force & menards specials. Actually, for light use, will last awhile. I've had my air chisel for 8-10 years now, however my 3/8 air rachet is pretty balky.
