The sandblasting thread got me thinking. I am ready to start blasting my DB 885 and do some painting. This is not going to be a total, take it all apart and paint it affair, rather I intend to just blast and paint what I can reach as it sits.

The primary goal is corrosion control. Making the old DB look a little better would be good, but not my main consideration.

I do not have a spray paint gun nor do I want to buy one and all the associated peraphenalia in order to do it that way. I would prefer to just use cans of spray paint. Can anyone recommend a brand and type of spray paint best suited for this application?

I considered an epoxy based paint, but a short search of the net reveals only "appliance" colored (white and almond) epoxy based spray paints. I need gray (primarily) in addition to the white. Something that will stand up to the outdoors and not peel or chip easily.
