Changing Spark Plugs

I have a car that is 10 years old and the spark plugs have never been out of it. After that long I am afraid they may be hard to get out. Would it be better to try to take them out when the engine is cold or after it has warmed up? Would it be better to use some penetrating oil around them first? Thought I would ask here first before going the trial and error route. The car is a 92 Buick Regal 3.8 liter. Thanks,
Terry G

I don't know if it has aluminum heads or not. I've had better luck on aluminum heads when they are warm. The penetrating oil shouldn't hurt either way.

Make sure you blow the durt from the plug holes.....don't want to get any thing in the cylinders.....warm or cold doesen't make any differance, just don't take them out hot.....you may as well get new wire set with grease ,cap and roter.....
