IF IT STARTED AFTER YOU REPLACED YOUR WIRES AND SUCH YOU EITHER CROSSED YOUR WIRES OR GOT ONE OFF ON YOUR CAP. CHECK YOUR FIRING ORDER. IT WILL BE CAST INTO YOUR INTAKE. IT IS POSSIBLE YOU GOT A BAD WIRE OR PLUG BUT IF IT SHAKES RADICALLY IT'S PROBABLLY THE FIRST.

I'd bet on crossed wires before anything else.

You didn't use split fire plugs did you? I had those in my Dakota one winter and it got so you couldn't hardly drive it. Replaced them with cheapo AC plugs and its fine ever since.

I agree with the possibility of frogged wires. You're in a better position to determine arcing, just wait until dark start it and look.

Like Glenn, said I,have seen wires and plugs bad from the parts store . Did you, check the gape on the plugs ? I,know most of them say they are pregaped ,but in shipping and handleing they could of been dropped .If you, have a vaccum gage use it to see if there is valve trouble and or a vaccum leak .

Did you use carbon wires or cable wires. I have seen some vehicles that would not run right on cable type. Plug wires back on right plug? Have seen bad dist. right out of box. Wires should not arc. As informed, maybe a bad plug wire/wires.

I'm wondering if you have either a bad wire or a bad plug. Have you tried pulling off the plug wires to see if the shaking is worse with each one? If you pull one off and the engine runs the same, you've found either a bad wire or a bad plug. I've seen both new plugs and new wires that were bad from the auto parts store, so it's a possibility.
