Does anybody know where I can find a screwdriver wide enough to fit the inlet needle seat?

The carburetor manufacturers did make a lot of special tools but they are pretty rare. Making your own is your best bet. A nutdriver, socket, or socket extension make good raw material. Save your broken or worn out tools to make new tools!!

The smaller size lathe cut-off tool bits are a perfect fit and provide slip resistant torque as opposed to the vertical twist on a screwdriver.

Thanks for the ideas guys. There must have been a tool made to take the seat out though. The carb is a TSX 33. I guess I'll grind down a chisel or see if I can find the lathe bits.

Try robertscarbrepair.com for some tool prices. He does a lot of marvel sheibler carbs and sells tools to do them with. Might have something you need?
