Mac makes a pretty nice little set-up that we use here in the shop. It has a good gauge with a pressure release and several different screw-in adapters with quick couplers. I don't know price for sure, but I reckon it's somewhere in the $100-$200 range. Trust me, you don't want one of the El Cheapo specials that you have to hold in the spark plug hole. It's been my experience that there's good tools and there's cheap tools, but no such thing as good cheap tools. Especially when it comes to measuring tools, such as gauges, dial indicators, micrometers, torque wrenches and the like. A little more money spent here will more than pay for itself down the road. I like the idea that if I ever have grandkids that are interested in this stuff, that they could be using the same tools that I'm using right now. You might also check on Ebay, as there are some good deals to be found on tools on there.
