Magic Wand Welder

Over the last weekend i acquired an old 110 welder from my father inlaw and i am trying to figure out when it was made it has no dates on it, It does say magic wand welder made in new york
with the original price of 34.50 it is in a metal
framed cardboard sided suitcase with a bound leather handle with instructions on lid for welding,brazeing and soldering and yes it still
welds great! Any help would sure be appreciated

I was trying to find out some info about a magic wand welder. I was searching and I found the question you asked on a tool message board in 2002.
