Does anyone know of a website, where I could find out commodity prices from past years? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Mike

Go to a neighboring farmer, your local grain elevator, implement dealer, bank, that has DTN Farmdata screen. Most any elevator has them, other businesses often do. DTN has charts for last year and last ten years. We've had it in the home for many years, gives national and intl weather, news, markets, etc. day and nite for about $60 per month. Ask your elevator mgr. for basic instructions on how to use it- then you can pop in any time to get updates on your own. Punching the wrong button will not ruin the machine- once you get used to it, it's kind of fun to run. Just like tractors!

Thanks for the help. Looking for hog, cattle, corn, and soybeans. I'll check out both those sites.

You don't say which commodities. The Kansas City Board of Trade has a nice website, if you're looking for wheat prices. They have historical data on line going back to 1970.

Hi Mike,

You can research old newspapers, should be some on line or try this website and dig around there.
