Try these guys www.Reliabletools.com they are great to deal with and will bargin with you. They also have over 6'000 items on E-bay as reliableendmill I think. Whats cool about them is that they buy surpluss and can sell new stuff at used prices. Last tme I was there they even had some tractor parts.A bull dozer blade.

I've bought several used ones on e-bay.About one fourth to one third the cost of new ones.Unless you're really careless with Jacobs chucks,you'll never wear one out or break one. Certain things are better to buy brand new.I think Jacobs chucks are just as good used.And a lot cheaper.

Try ebay. I don't think it's really needed to use the internet just for a chuck. Home Depot has them.

Grainger, Mcmaster carr or look on Google.com. A lot of places to buy. Sears may even have them.
Depends if your drill press is threaded or taper chuck.

Try MSC they have just about anything to do with metalworking equip. Good customer service too!
