Anybody know anything about this unit? I bought one at a shop that was closing down. It is in nice condition, came with the ball type gas flow meter, helmet, three 44lb rolls of .035 for steel and on 10lb roll for Stainless, a couple of cans of Weld Kleen, a never installed wire feed liner and a few other odds and ends. Got the thing for $300. At that price I didn't feel like I could pass it up. Seems that L-TEC is no longer in business, but is now part of ESAB. Was able to order a manual for it from a place in San Diego, but don't have it yet. Anybody have any experience with this machine? It will be use ocassionally in my home workshop. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for the input Jim. I tried it lastnight. You're right it is a very smooth machine to work with. Glad to here a testimonial though. Thanks again.

Dave
