Hi Teadave,

The Baum Number is 800-228-9288 or www.baumhydraulics.com

I have not had a chance to try to look up the valve, but will try this weekend. is the valve electrically shifted?

ok, if it four position and in one of the positions both piston and rod side of the cylinder are tied to pump? thats regeneration, used for rapid extension of the cylinder when their is little material in the bailing chamber. anyway if i can free up a little time, i'll try to find the valve info. what type of compactor was it? Name brand?
