I was getting a socket out of my toolbox and ran along a 3/8 drive 6 point deepwell 3/8 I looked on it and it said John Deere There are no other names on it and it can't be to old it is crome. Has anyone seen any before?? Were were they sold?? Jonathan

They're still available and, coincidentally, I recently bought some. While many are made in Taiwan now, some are still made in the USA. In either case, I believe they are now made for John Deere by Stanley.

I worked for a John Deere dealer in the late 70's and they sold a line of tools. I bought quite a few of them because it was convenient and they were cheaper than snap-on. I still use the tools. They've worked good for me over the years.I also have a JD roller cabinet.
