Ok, Central tractor is gone as of today, Who is taking over? I heard that "TSC company" is taking over, is that true?

TSC is taking over many of the old 'Quality' stores (200 some?), which had various chain names. Runnings has already taken over a few (20 some?) west of the Mississippi a year ago.

Central Tractor was actually the parts salvage/rebuild yard, which I thought was going in it's own direction again, but I'm not sure? I assume they were an 'asset' in the court's eyes, and are getting sucked through all that.
