Stuck engine

I bought a older Case loader bachhoe 530 cb was told it is a ck by the numbers (construction king)I think its a 70's modle it 's locked up tried starter first ,ok, pulled head ,valves rusted up , put kroil in cyls, one must be free it leaked all out past pistons other three has not yet, been 2/3 weeks not sure where to find more kroil was given a small can by someone ,trying to pull the pan to get to the rest of the bolts but there is a small brace that holds the power stering pumps in place covering part of the pan. I started to lossen these bolts to lower this bracket to get to the rest of the pan bolts but this bolt started to leak what I believe is Trany or Hyd fluid I tightened it back up and I 'am not sure where to go I 'am trying to locate some manuals this is a 4 cyl gas engine with hyd steering and trans. I was told it was parked after throwing the fan into the radiator, I was told it was running when shut down for repairs person did not get to it for sometime and water got to it causing this problem . Help me with whatever you can My septic is giving me problems and that is getting urgent to get this going what should I do next .

Justice Brothers JB-80 is the best penetrant/lubricant on the market. It should help free-up your stuck engine.
