What is a V4 Wisconsin rated at for horse power?

a vg4d is 37hp @ 2400, and a vh4d is 30hp @ 2800 rpm.

Unless Wisconsin has boosted horse power on this engine since the 70s it was rated at 25 horse at 1400 RPM
29 horse at 1600 RPM
32 1800
34 2000
36 2200
37 2400

Sorry, I am not a rocket scientist when it comes to a computer. The link didn't post, but go to page 2 and look for the post "New Wisconsin site" by zira. He is working on a pretty comprehensive site for Wisconsin engines, and the info you need will be there. I think they were about 40 hp, but check the site for exact.
