my 700 series gear reduction engine needs a gas tank. It's run as long as I pour gas into a funnel connected to a hose. This is the only historic/antique anything I own, so i'm a little green on most of this stuff. Does anybody know other clinton engines with the same round gas tank?

Thanks

There are many 500 series that have the same tank The part no is 3050-1a (newer part no. 277-40-500) I have the parts list etc. for the 700 series and many others. I get $5.00 for each parts book which includes S & H. Also have the Manual of Maint. and overhaul Instructions which includes all engines $20.00 as it looks to be about 100 pages. Let me know if interested...Roe
