I just purchased a ve4 and it shows on the tag to have a 3 1/2 x 3 for size. This came from the original owner and no modifications have been made but I am curious as to the hp rating for it.
Any information you can give me will help. Also is this engine adaptable to electric start?

I have both a VE-4 and VF-4. The plate lists them
as 3 X 3 1/4 and 3 1/4 X 3 1/4. I think they are
rated 20 and 24 HP.
