I have a WICO 4 cylinder distributor type magneto clockwise rotation. Model number is JEM 1348 or it might be JFM 1348 tag is a little faded. Anyone know what engine it fits. From the green paint that is on it I thought maybe a 60 Oliver but I have decided the paint is to dark for Oliver paint.

Hello Kent, You might try Bill Lopoulos. He sells and repairs Wico Magnetos. His email is [email protected]. I have not purchased from him, however I have talked with him about Wisconsin engines and magnetos. He is very knowledgeable about them.

The olivers older than the fleetlines(66) had a darker green.Is the mag flang mount or base mount.

The mag is set-up to set in a hole much like a distributor. It is NOT set-up like an Allis-Chalmers, 2 and V-4 Wisconsons. Is this what you are calling a flange mount? The ho;e it will goin is about 1.375" in diameter with the helix gear slightly smaller. The gear has 11 teeth and is 1.125" long with a slot in the bottom to drive an oil pump.

Yes most ac's are flange mount.that is one mag i can't help with.
