Hello all,

I've searched the forum looking for an answer and came up short. Please pardon me if this is a repeat question.

I have found an old Fairbanks Morse "Z" Style G engine. This engine looks different than most Z pictures I've found. It has a radiator with fan mounted above the head instead of the boil pot (or whatever it's called). The fan is driven by a belt from the crank shaft.

Was this radiator a factory option? An aftermarket add-on? It looks like it "belongs" so I don't think it was a owner modification, but I could be wrong.

I'm a TOTAL newbie when it comes to these engines and any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

The radiator is a factory set up.

Thanks Tom!

Do you know of a good place to advertise this engine? I'm trying to sell it for someone.

I was just a little confused when all the pictures I found looked different than this one.

Thanks again,

www.enginads.com Post it on the BIG ENGINE board. SMALL ENGINE board is for Briggs, Maytags, etc.
