Wisconsin single/cement buggy

Recently located a "Moto-Bug" concrete buggy in VG shape.Am told engine was a wisconsin Air cooled single,but entire engine is missing.Apparently it was taken off for repairs several yrs ago and after engine found non repairable,buggy was pushed to corner of yard,I can find no information on this buggy anywhere and am trying to determine what engine it had,Only info I have is that it was a single cylinder,horiz shaft,red in color and appx 10hp.I would estimate buggy to be appx 10-15 yrs old.Does anyone know what engine this may have been and availability used or new...Thanx

Have located engine removed from Moto-bug.It was a Wisconsin BKN.Only pieces missing now are whatever"clutch" assy was used.Driven pulley is cross ribbed flat pulley appx 3" wide.
