Need an online Repair manual for Briggs Stratton

I am in dire need for an online repair manual for a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 422447 Horizontal Engine.
Any help would be appreciated. The problem with the machine is abusted rod.

I have the 422447 Briggs& Stratton engine, and I have problem starting.If I blow compressed air in the gas line it starts.Could you plese help me with this problem, and suggest what part or parts should be replaced.

Even tho I am repling to a 2 year old post, maybe someone can benefit from this. The following link isn't specific to B&S engines, but it is a generalization and may prove to be of some help to some people. Good Luck ..... . Maddmonk
