Andy,
Bedfords were trucks made by GM in the UK. Alot of the Commonwealth countries had them. Where are u?
Is ur motor out of a truck & is there a problem with it?
regards, Manuel

most of the Bedford parts have been gathered up and shipped to Pakistan to make new trucks, however we can still supply some engine parts for these.
send me a list and we will do our best

Hello there, We are researching 2 diesel engines marked as Bedford.
We think they came from a truck. They are 300 CID straight 6 with some markings on the interchanger as General diesel.
There are some electrical parts marked AC Delco.
We think that these 2 engines may be supplied by GM, Leyland or possibly Perkins. Can you tell us anything about this engine with this displacement. We see replacement heads, valves etc. for this engine from yrs 1956- 62.
We are trying to find manuals and service information.
They are part of a 50 ft boat that is not assembled and the engines are only partially assembled. The exact age we are not sure except that they have new liners, pistons etc. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks muchly William Scott President CEI Inc. Canada.
