Just bought a buzz saw with a twin cyl. Wisconsin
Model: TFD, Sn. 2468989, size 3 1/4 X 3 1/4;
spec: 113380. Has been outside with exhaust open.
Will not turn over by hand. What is HP? Is it
worth repairing? Thanks for information.

Hi Charles, I am in the middle of restoring mine it was the same out in the weather for 20 years with no muffler {open pipe} So far it is not that bad. Lapped in valves, freed up rings, bore honed
out. I only need gaskets. Tear it apart. Think of it as a restoration project,it keeps me out of trouble...Good Luck
