How do you adjust the old oilers on these things? Found a thread in the archives that said 6 to 8 drops per minute...don't have one yet but when I do I figured I better know how. Thanks!

On the top is a lever...push up to open...push down to close...while lever is open just underneath is a knurled nut...this is your fine adjustment of the drops...under the oil cylinder is a sight glass or opening that you can observe the drops and count. GOOD LUCK!

Thank you mr TAK, a couple more payments and I should be the owner of an old hit and miss...I can harly wait. Never even thought about owning one until I saw this one under a work bench awhile back. Now I'm thinking it's just what I've needed all these years with too little to do in the winter. Thanks again and I'll be in touch...
