i grind whole wheat flour with a 1921 16" meadows mill sold by IHC mounted on a cart and powered by a 6hp M mounted on an F14 tractor chassis.(my F6)

it works very well. i would say the mill is about 350#.

Gman give me a call we have a IH stationary engine - I think it is about 16HP that powered the family mill in Menifee Co. I would guess the engine would weigh over 1 ton.

Hello Gman
Iam a mill enthusiast. I have a 20 inch meadows stone mill that I hauled in the back of my toyota pickup truck. I would not venture a guess as to exactly how heavy it is but it did not overload my truck at all. I hauled mine several hundred miles this way. I would imagine that the engine weighs as much or more than the mill. I really enjoy my mill. WE grind whole wheat flour and corn meal now. enjoy your mill if you get it
