I have an open crank engine on a cement mixer on 4 iron spoke wheels with a U shaped tongue. It nees a piston and rod and other parts but still can be used with a small briggs or elec. motor. The data plate is gone and no one seems to know what it is. Any ideas or info out there? I would sell it to someone who would like to restore it. It really is unique.I'm told it may be a Jeager mixer and engine.

I have a Jaeger mixer that needs bearings and a gasket set for the carb. Where do I find?

It could be a Jaeger. It could also be a T. L. Smith mixer. They were made in Wisconsin and used a lot of Fuller and Johnson engines. If it is a Jaeger unit, then the Jaeger engine would actually have been made by the Hercules engine company. I suggest that you search the web for pictures of Hercules and Jaegar engines to see if you find any that look like what you have. I would also search for pictures of Fuller & Johnson engines. A good clue would be the color of the engine if any paint is left on it. Jaeger engines were usually painted blue. Fuller & Johnson engines were green, but the ones used on T. L. Smith cement mixers seem to have been painted red.
