I'm trying to restore a Wisconsin TFD engine, but I can't find any specs on the engine, such as the dimensions of the crank throws and the clearances and torque specs for the rods. I have the operator manual, but I need more info. please.
Good Luck and God Bless, Tommy

According to the Federal Mogul Engine Bearings Shop Manual, the TF and TH series had babbited rods with shims. All the shop manual gives is torque - Rods: 24 Ft Lbs, Mains: 30 Ft Lbs, and Head bolts 24 Ft Lbs.

I don't have rod diamenter, but rod clearance is .0007 to .002. side clearance is .004 to .010. Connecting rod nuts are 22to 24 foot pounds of torque. then install "pal" lock-nots and tighten with wrench 1/4 turn beyond finger-tight position.
