I did a search of the archives and read what was there. My problem is somewhat different. First, the pump is blowing small bubbles around the gasket in the middle part of the pump not at the reservior. Second the power assist only works after putting considerable force on the steering wheel and then does not stop until the wheels reach their max radius. I have no turne buckles that I can see;however, there is a little push rod that appears to shut the fow off form one line which puts pressure in the other one causing the piston to move. Is is possible that this little rod is sticking? any help would be appriciated. Do I need to just buy another pump?
