Patience is your friend here - don't make a bad situation worse. This is what my engine looked like when I pulled the head on my last project tractor (the red is MMO the previous owner poured in to try to unstick the engine before the sell). I used a lot of Kroil penetrating oil and kept re-applying for days along with some light taps on the piston using a oak branch section the same diameter as the piston and a 3 lb. hand sledge. I did not pound it too hard, just 5 or so solid blows on the wood, then put some more Kroil on it and let it sit for awhile. I kept this up for a few days and it started moving. Some have had good luck with white vinegar as well as it dissolves rust.

Its the small battles that make it worthwhile.

Good luck,
Dan

You are probably going to have to bore the cylinders anyway, so I'd disconnect the rod bearing and remove the block. Then you can set the block on its back end, soak the cylinder and piston with penetrating oil and push out the piston with a press.

fill the cylinder full of drain oil then put a spark plug with zerk fitting welded on it into hole and use a grease gun to pump the piston out with hydraulic force.

My 50 was stuck when I got it. Built a bolt-in bracket ahead of the block, 12 ton jack against a steel plate on the piston head..... ...

Well if the head was still on I'd fill the cylinders with tranny fluid. You might jack up the front end high enough to be able to do the same thing.
