PTO removal on a 1952 CASE Model D

Hi

I want to take off the PTO with cover to replace the badly leaking gasket
around the pto itself. How can I pull it out. Don't want to take the
whole tractor in as I don't have a truck or trailer to move it. I have
taken part of it out put the forks shown in picutres below prevent the PTO
from comming out. I can't even put the PTO back in anymore. Can can I
remove the thing. It's an old 1952 CASE Model D tractor. Any clue how to
remove it. The pictures show what I mean. Follow the links below.

This picutre shows the forks, moving them back in is impossible as they go
against the disk way inside. Can't even put the whole assembly back in, is
there a trick.
