New Backhoe tire leaks around rim, poor seal, tubeless. Any tips other than chemicals?

Don't know what you mean by "Any tips other than chemicals"? I and several friends have good luck with Slime (I think that is the name, green colored solution you inject into the tire) for slow speed applications. Add the recommended amount depending on tire size and drive the tractor around for a little while. Works on rim leaks and thorn punctures.

Try "no rim rust" it seals, never drys, once applied mounting and dismounting is a snap. I found it at Gemplers.

Could not find "no rim rust" at Gemplers online catalog. Was it named Freylube, or Ultraseal?
