Hello I"am looking for a twin clutch plate for a MM uts 1949
So please help me i"am gomming from Holland (netherland) so here are no parts off it
so who nows where i can order the clutch parts

Those clutches were made by the Twin Disc company, who also made industrial clutches. Are there any outlets where you are that might have a source for industrial clutches? A few years ago, when I replaced the clutch in a GVI, I got the Twin Disc replacement from an industrial clutch and brake place!

This very site, under MM parts, says they have clutches for most models, call for availability and price.

Here's the Twin-Disc distributor for The Netherlands. Perhaps if you can give them dimensions, they can find you a replacement clutch plate!
