Cub cadet 1250 hydro linkage problem:

I need some help. Recently when I put the brake on / press the clutch in the thing starts to go in reverse. The hydro handle moves into the reverse position when the pedal in push down. In order to go forward, I have to push pretty hard on the hydro handle. I know this has to be a linkage problem, but Im not sure how to fix it. If anyone else has had this problem and has been able to correct it, please let me know. Thanks very much.

Hey,

I have a couple of cadets, but I can't answer your question. If you havn't already, you should post this down in the "Garden Tractor" section also.
