Can anyone out there tell me about a product that you can put on old tires to bond the old rubber back into place and if so, where can I get some? Thanks for any info. Does anyone know about a place in Wauson, Ohio called Miller Tire?

Seems like a company called Gemplers had some kind of tire conditioner-restorer, but I don't know their phone no.

I'm not sure Gempler's has what you're looking for but they sure do have a lot of stuff for tires.

Check out their web site.

They have what you're looking for. Look in the Repairs/Supplies section.
It's just called black tire paint.
