I recently purchased a Massey Ferguson TO-35 in working condition. When I made the purchase, I intended to restore the tractor in order to show it and run it in parades. I feel like I have run into a brick wall. I am having a really hard time finding any information anywhere pertaining to how to restore this tractor. I found one book at the library that had an ad picture with the overall specs. After studying the book, I think the tractor I have is actual a Ferguson 35 special. Does anyone have any suggestions for me as to where to find information, specs, and replacement parts for this tractor. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dale. Is your 35 gray with a green drivetrain, or red with a silver drivetrain? They were 1st produced in 1955 in gray/green, then switched to red/silver in 57. Then they became MFs in 1960 I think. That could be wrong. Look up your serial # on the left side of the screen under "serial numbers" in the "research and info" section to find the year. All the tuneup parts from plugs to the distributor are available from the MF dealer. Does the nose piece say Ferguson or MF? Paint can be gotten from the dealer, but I found the red enamel from Wal*Mart to be a close match. The silver is called French Mist at the dealer. What else do you need to know? Just let me know.
