I recently purchased a property with a creek in Delaware, OH. In the creek there was a McCormick tractor/harvester/farm implement of some kind. I have winched most of it out of the creek, towed it to the front of the property and want to get rid of it. If anyone is interested, it is all yours. No cost. Just come get it. Reply to this message for directions.

take a look at my previous description. I can take a digital photo if I can figure out how to attach it, or if you give me an e-mail address, I will send it to you directly.

Was just curious about the McCormick Deering something or the other. I would like a little more info. if possible, like if you think it's a tractor, disk, plow, etc. if it has a serial number tag and the shape it's in. I'm in Illinois but might be interested. Thanks.

It's definately a McCormick, as you can see that stamped on one of the axles. It has a long serrated blade, several levers, spring controlled parts, etc. One of the large wheels is steel, with angled steel treads. There also appears to have been two Goodyear rubber wheels, which are still in the creek. A buddy of mine who grew up in OH says it is a straw cutter. It's located just off of SR 315.
