MF 1100 D clutch

When you depress the clutch pedal, the pressure plate moves away from the clutch plate which also moves away from the flywheel but this does not disengage the driveline. Something is stuck somewhere and I cant get it to break loose. We have started the tractor in gear and driven it around, applied the brakes to the point of choking the engine down and cannot get the clutch to disengage the driveline. This was a new clutch with less than 100 hours on it 4 years ago. Can someone give me some advice on what I can do to get this to operating correctly.

Try liberal doses of PB Blaster sprayed up into the bearing area. Tapping on the shaft with a hammer and drift will help break the rust loose also.

Don't worry about the oil on the clucth disc; if this doesn't work you are going to have to take the clutch out and do mechanical repairs. That is going to be fun too, because the pilot bearing is going to keep the engine and transmission held together as if welded until you can break them free.
