WHEN TRACTOR IS FIRST STARTED IT HAS ABOUT 30-35 POUNDS OIL PRESSURE. AFTER IT WARMS UP PRESSURE DROPS TO O-2 POUNDS. TRACTOR DOES NOT SMOKE OR USE OIL. DO I NEED NEW OIL PUMP? ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED, THANKS, JERRY

I had this happen to Farmall H. Found worn bearings both main and rod. Also found that the tube going from the float to the oil pump had corroded and was full of holes. This would allow air to enter the pump. Most likely the pump is not bad just other things.

This may be due to stuck oil relief valve open, foreign material on valve seat holding valve open, clogged suction strainer, excessive bearing wear, low oil viscosity, faulty gauge

Sounds like major wear on bearings on the crank and rods. Too much space on mating surfaces when the oil is warm and runny.
