I have looked in my parts diagram and it shows that two wires need to go to the generator, but it does not indicate which ones because they are not color-coded and it just shows the bunch of wires that run along the gas tank and two that come out of that and go to the gen...I will take a digital picture of mine [I have a MT, but they are the same] and send it to you to see if this helps.

You will need to qualify this, but since there are only two wires, it is a 50:50 chance...if one way doesn't work, then the other has too....however, make sure that if it is not wired correctly the first time and you crank her, that is does not damage your generator or anything else.

If you have already got it wired right, let me know.

Thanks - I knew that everyone said make sure it was right the first time or it could ruin the generator - that makes me a little nervous!
