When using Martin Senior primer on a 65 Falcon I am running into a problem with it and have on the last 3 cars I used it on. After it is painted and then it rains on the car small blister like appears under the paint, like the primer didn't cure out. I was using Acme Lockson primer and can't find it anymore. Can you tell me what may be causing my problem?? Can I add hardner to the primer??

Hi We had the same problem with PPG paint The paint Co showed us it was because the hardner we used was opened and not used up in 7 or 8 days. They told us to keep the hardner in the frig. and throw it away after 9 days from opening it Hardner turns to silicone under the paint & blisters if it gets old
