Rubber coming out of harmonic balancer

I have a 4010 JOHN DEERE diesel which has the rubber coming out of the harmonic balancer, any one know if it is fixable?

Put a new one on. Deere recomends a 5000 HR life expectancy on harmonic balancers. They also recomend changing it with any sort of crankshaft failure like spun bearings.

Replace it now, or risk sending it through a $900 radiator.

Not repairable, just buy a new one, a used one isn't worth messing with. chris

Check with Damper Dudes .com , I had them restore some old Chrysler dampers , came back like new !!
